Slow carb diet.

I have been having a half of an organic lemon squeesed into warm water every morning for years .will this be a problem? I do this for proper PH , but now that I am eating 10 times the greens that i use to maybe iI don't need to .???????

As is the response for many of these questions, you will probably have to experiment on urself and see how your body reacts. I love lemon-water… here is a handy site re fructose content of different fruits. the graph with the pictures of the fruits is easily digestible (hehe).
