Mina: Do you remember your first paragliding flight? Where was it?

Mojca: Yes, 21 May 2007 in Lisca, Slovenia.

Mina: When did you start paragliding? When did you start training for competitions?

Mojca: I continued flying right after my first flight and started training for competitions in 2009.

Mina: Where did your love for paragliding come from? At which point did you know it was something you wanted to pursue?

Mojca: I always wanted to do a tandem flight to see what it feels like, but my friends suggested I should learn it right away, which I did. I knew it was IT after I separated from the ground for the first time.

Mina: How much time on average do you spend flying?

Mojca: I fly once a week for two hours.

Mina: You are one of the best in your country. What is your training method for success? What can you recommend to people who are just starting out?

Mojca: I don’t have a special training method nor have I a certain advice. It’s all about love for the sport. If you love it, everything else will come naturally.

Mina: Tell me about the wing you fly? How about harness and other gear?

Mojca: I use the Ozone Ultra-Lite 2 wing and Charly harness.

Mina: What do you do when you're not flying?

Mojca: I worship the sea. :)

Mina: Do you have any sponsors? Who are they?

Mojca: Yes, my butcher Jože.

Mina: Beside being your favorite sport, what differentiates paragliding from other sports for you?

Mojca: Absolutely everything.

Mina: Would you encourage your children to try paragliding and support them if they showed interest?

Mojca: If they would show interest I would absolutelly support them, but I would never force them to do it.

Mina: What are your 3 favorite flying sites in your country?

Mojca: Kobala, Lisca and Donačka gora.

Mina: Name 3 of your paragliding heroes:

Mojca: Seiko Fukuoka, Jurij Vidic and Damjan Cretnik.

Mina: Biggest challenge in paragliding?

Mojca: The landing.

Mina: The most beautiful thing about flying?

Mojca: The freedom.

Mina: What are your goals for the future?

Mojca: To enjoy flying even more.
